Revitalization of post industrial sites

Project idea

My concern was to increase the pollution caused by construction, which is why can't we build less for new construction? There are many post-industrial sites in Iran that have a common view for these desolate spaces, converting them into galleries or communal spaces or green spaces, etc. Due to the high area of such lands and management discussion and difficulty of choosing the type of land use and implementation of each and the possibility of damage and destruction of the main building, the restoration of these buildings has been delayed. Therefore, the goal is to implement a plan in the shortest time with low construction and access to several uses for all such sites so that at least until the final decision, the dynamics will return to these areas. Also, modern architecture only involves the sense of human vision, while stimulating the sense of vision and lames simultaneously and by only one stimulus has a stronger effect on humans.

Project description

Therefore, the answer to the above problems is a flexible structure that with ease and speed in installation and summation of these sites to solve both the problem of abandonment of these sites and flexibility in the interior spaces, solves the problem of single user and focus on the sense of vision and causes conflict of other senses such as tactile. Therefore, due to the ability to change the plan, responsive to the needs, the building is responsive to different uses that in this site according to the needs, the primary education is considered and the space on the left is considered for the greenhouse, which leads to the training of practical skills and the close relationship of children with nature that when the children are not present, people can visit the greenhouse and the costs of the school itself and other times it can become galleries, exhibitions, gathering space, etc. To witness people of different ages and tastes at all times.

Technical information

The modular metal structure is intended to be completely twisted together to be easily installed and dismantled and can be expanded to any site. The spaces are completely flexible through moving wall panels, which can be used to create different spaces and accesses to the needs, spaces and accesses, as well as some light metal walls with the ability to become roofs create new spaces. Some walls are a modular layer so that with cubes you can fill it or remove them and use them as chairs, which are placed on a glass panel layer to maintain security, cold and heat.
