The concept is based in simple geometric shapes, by transforming them shapes with additive, substractive and rotative transformation, until coming in a satisfactory simple volumetric shape.
- Basement is principally projected to be used for parking lots and storage, as in need of residents, to ensure them comfort in this building.
- Ground floor is destined for shopping markets, supermarkets etc., which can be FLEXIBLE, and transformed in other functions.
- One part of the building in First Floor is projected for administration, and the other part is for collective living, making this building a "multifunctional" one.
- Second floor as well as other floors above it, are destined for collective living.
- Some parts of the roof are green roofs, which produce very good benefits for environment. Some other parts of the roof are with solar panels, which also have benefits for people living there and also as well as green roofs, for environment.
