Project idea

The concept:
I have reached the shape of the object through the leaf. Demonstrating the natural flexibility of the leaves, this model creates an artistic structure, which directs events, activities and the use of public space, in order to create experiences, events and memories in the human mind, which help to create the overall identity.The leaf of the trees has been taken as a concept to connect the building with the context, making the Ground floor that will have a business function enable the connection of sidewalks with the roof floor which will be used as a park for citizens, and this connection is achieved through ramps.

Project description

After analyzing the current situation and researching theories on the design of public spaces, it has been concluded that the most successful public spaces are based on creating interaction between people and parks. I came to this concept considering the need for green spaces for recreation, this location is quite suitable for the design of underground parking, creating the possibility of using it for different needs of citizens as it is in the city center.
So the concept derives from the need for green spaces as well as from the topography of the plot, where certain parts of the plot are changed in height to restore the park
During the concept special attention was paid to the interconnection of the park with the underground parking, giving the parking additional attributes - thus including the greenery inside the parking lot, allowing natural light and ventilation to penetrate to the lower floor of the parking lot, making these spaces much more durable and high quality - beyond the primary function of underground car parking.
The park is designed to contain activities for all age groups: pavilion / shelter,, bicycle corner, open-air cinema, children's corner and main walking path. These activities are placed in parks grouped into 3 groups that are classified depending on the noise level.
These activities include places to sit, playgrounds for recreation, to enjoy art, space for food and drink, etc.
