Project idea

The main idea of the project is to create comfortable living spaces and maximize river views from the windows of each apartment. At the same time, the house performs not only residential functions, but also provides a wide range of services for both residents and people walking along the embankment.

Project description

A multi-storey business class residential building is located on the banks of the Kuban River in one of the most comfortable districts of Krasnodar and is the dominant feature of a new modern microdistrict. Underground parking, two commercial floors, maximum orientation of the apartments to the river and convenient layouts, combined with a variety of apartments, make the house attractive for new residents. Commercial common areas are located on the first floor. The second floor is reserved for children's playrooms, a gym, a sewing workshop and a ceramics studio, where only residents of the house have access. On the exploited roof under the shady pergolas, residents of the house can not only relax, but also visit exhibitions organized by creative workshops, for which the two upper floors are allocated.
