Can high rise architecture act as a mechanism to a well understanding from nature and environmental design principles allowing our cities to breathe?
The beginning of the Magical water flow
Have you ever thought about life without water? If you think of the forest desertification image that you saw through YouTube, you can see little impact of water on human life. It is not well known that when water is not available, it contravenes water human rights, such as discrimination and a threat to safety, and can’t escape from poverty. In particular, water is more than just a drink in Bangladesh. Every Bangladeshi loves their river, crossing over the religions and languages of the times.

Project description

The urban lounge help urban people accessibility into the lounge. Urban lounge nearest social gathering space is more entertaining for people who come to visit here.
Urban lounge slowly moving into upper it’s converted into green lounge and sky lounge itself. Which is more entertaining and amazing haven feeling spacecraft for visitors?
The development’s highly complex program, which is distributed across the entire site automatically, creates a highly versatile and adaptable environment. The podium massing is deliberately contrived to expose areas to the beach to permit engagement with the ocean and the views along the coastline to create sheltered protected areas away from all of them

Natural daylight, southern breeze, shaded western facade, breathing atrium connecting water body and water harvesting. Green, connecting terrace to the historical place, plaza and conglomeration spaces in layers revive the urban lounge skyscraper.

Technical information

Land area: 1.4 Acres. /62,500 sft. Number of floors: 3 basements and G. Floor +60 Floors. The urban lounge skyscraper is a multi-use commercial complex. The total GFA is 66609.29㎡. The tower is 213m high, with three different zones. Lower zone: retail/showroom, total GFA is 2613㎡ middle zone: Food court, office, total GFA is 2672㎡. Higher zone: Corporate office, total GFA is 1495.63㎡. The Lower zone is a shopping mall/ retail/showroom that extends to B1 and links to the metro station with a GFA of 4925.65㎡. Three levels of parking extend underground.
