Project idea

In a constant search for integration and opportunity to generate public space through the building, the architectural project meets all the needs of generating a contemporary financial space, which today does not exist in the city. A hybrid program is proposed to accompany public and collective activity with financial spaces.

There is a constant generation of the interior void and a sober language to the exterior, always allowing the permeability of the building, for the access and enjoyment of the population.

in this way the building is located in its context, without interrupting the activities and relationships between the pre-existing spaces, but rather recreating and enhancing the experiences there.

Project description

In order to achieve the objectives, various spaces are proposed such as permanent and itinerant exhibition spaces, an auditorium, a multipurpose room, a library, shops, restaurants, and a large terrace that compensates the area used in the first levels, generating spaces for recreation outdoors and under shade, in addition to a skate park.

Technical information

The building is located between a historical market and a new metropolitan park, in addition to facing a corner that is part of the most important avenues in the city.

The place is located 10 minutes from the Inca historical center of the city, within a new urban space, reason that reinforces the responsibility of expressing the contemporary nature of the proposal and the generation of new public spaces for the enjoyment of the city.
