Theatre Populaire Idea amphitheatre renovation project

Project idea

Main idea of the project was creating space that will work best for burkina faso people . space that can connect sustainable and green architecture with people lifestyle habits . the territory of the theater is placed near the water canal and already existing agro-culture. preservation of native culture and traditions are very important in my point of view. preserving agro-culture will result in saving green and it will also have a recreational function and attract tourists.

Project description

My building takes into consideration the agro-culture and handmade water storage, which is used for watering. new buildings are around of amphitheatre. The show area is behind new stage. buildings are partly artificial reliefs, that can be useful in this hot weather, also handles the function of agro-culture.
I thought of working with local materials to promote sustainability and to connect with the place's culture.

Technical information

In project I use two main materials brick and wood . the materials that can be found locally. some buildings are covered with solar panels.
