Project description

The subject this project is the design of a family house for a four-member family
in the village of Horní Maxov, which is part of Lučany nad Nisou. The object is loca-ted in an outlying part of the village.
Specific for the plot is a slightly sloping terrain, with a south orientation, at the top of which is a driveway. From the slope is a beautiful view of the forest, separated from the land by a small stream. The concept of the house is trying to take advant-age of both, the orientation towards the world sides, the view of the forest and the slope gradient of the terrain for placing it into the slope.
The mass of the house is located seven meters from the driveway and divided into
two parts by function. In the main building there is an entrance floor - a part of the public residence with a living room, a kitchen and a lower private part with rooms for parents and children.
In the adjacent mass there is a garage with a workroom. In the entrance and under
it is a pergola with the possibility of closing, a storage room and a sauna with accessories.

Technical information

The construction of the building above the terrain is designed as a monolithic concrete structure. With longitudinal construction system. In places with a large span and exchanges due to, for example, stairs, steel IPE profiles and steel columns of full-wall cross-section treated against the effects of fire are designed.
The staircase on the 1st floor is a single-arm spiral monolithic staircase. The staircase from the 1st floor to the 1st floor is also designed with reinforced concrete.
The perimeter cladding consists of a double-cladding thermal insulation system. Thermal insulation system with heart rate. TOPDEK insulation, and cladding made of CEMBRIT or wooden boards. SCHÜCO large-format glazing is designed on the 1st floor, on the 1st floor they are from the same manufacturer.
The roofs are designed as saddlery with a classic layer (thermal insulation above and between the rafters). Thermal insulation is made of mineral fibers in two layers. The roof is designed as diffusely open with a ventilated gap in the layer of counterlaths. Folding cement-cement roofing is chosen as the roof covering.
Partitions are made of YTONG system.
