The idea of ​​the project is to use the steep terrain, specifically in the views of the city-nature, the whole project is designed so that a person can be most of the time inside the house, and not outside.

Project description

The project of an individual residential building, for several people, in my case it is a husband, wife and child. The project includes a kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a furnace, a pantry, 2 sanitary units, a laundry room, wardrobes and study. There are 2 summer rooms in the form of balconies with sunbeds. The interior is made in white and burgundy colors.

Technical information

Project materials: iron, wood, glass, concrete, stone.
The walls are made of cast concrete, 400 mm thick, the walls are 80 mm thick, the inner walls are made of foam concrete, 200 mm thick. There are ventilation channels in the kitchen and sanitary facilities. The house is held on concrete piles. The gutter is hidden, the wooden cladding of the house contributes not only to the design, but also to the drainage of water from the roof. Large windows are made for greater illumination of the rooms. Landscapes are made of wooden slats and cast concrete.
