Project idea

If the global health crisis continues all of us are wondering how the Architecture of the future would look like. I wonder is my house capable enough? if everything shuts down will i still be able to survive in this beautifully ornamented home? we are surrounded by gadgets, i wonder if the electricity is gone and there is no gas, the shops are closed, you can't go out in street, in short if this situation prevails or get worse; how will we survive?
For me the only way is to go low-tech, synchronize your body and mind with the laws of nature and try to build self sustaining environments.

We dream, we wonder and try to bring our dreams into reality. Maverick is an unorthodox approach to your dreams, a style of independent living. The way one does things is private but what one does can belong to the community. your greatest worth is in the area where you claim no ownership and submit your creativity to the needs of the times. We as Architects think of a meaningful space and invent an environment responding to regional, social and cultural issues.

Project description

The endless loop of COVID-19 is bothering every individual around the globe. One of the main concerns is to survive in our homes with limited access to the outside world. Humans are called "social animals" we survive on something as basic as "human connection" Touch, site, wonder, dreams the basic terms of human connection.
To create a house for a young couple in times of pandemic was a challenge. My basic approach was to create an unorthodox, independent and self sustaining environment with mostly a low tech approach and very low carbon footprint.

You can live in a house of your dreams, grow your own food, and grow old looking at the beautiful nature around. To accommodate the needs of energy there is a plant room in basement. we are utilizing geothermal and solar energy for the energy uses of the house. The design revolves around the movement of the sun. Interior and exterior is shaped according to the solar patterns. towards the south to have maximum views and sun we have a huge curtain wall.
In a house the feeling of touch is very important, we grow up touching the walls and attach certain memories to it. the situation of pandemic has taken away this freedom therefor i tried to use the finishes including copper and anti microbial coatings in interior that don't allow the viruses to sit on them for longer than 4 hours.

Technical information

In short if i narrate the story of the house, it is elevated from the ground sitting on a hill. you enter the cloak room, the door knob is designed in such a way that you don't need to use your hands to open it but you can open it with your elbow. you go into the lounge attached to the home office and be yourself grow vegetables and fruits in the terraced garden. A more intimate space is for the couple on the top floor with bedroom, a pool and the amenities.
