By analyzing the surrounding buildings, the shortcomings and advantages of the territory were revealed. On the basis of which the functional framework of the building was created. After that, the location of the object served to shape it. As a result, the object includes a sports, leisure and entertainment zone. Each of them is in its branch, but in due time it is connected with the center of the whole complex.
General plan
On the master plan the building is located taking into account the location of the main approaches from the Yauza River, orientation to the sides of the world, the developed terrain. In the part of zoning, the building consists of three branches connected in the center on the first floor, and connected together on the second floor. The first and second floors are connected in three points, along the stairs and spiral ramps.
