THE BUILDING PROJECT

Project idea

It was an student project. A building consists of three residental units and one work space. Firstly I was inspired by the needs of the neighborhood and I chose a place for taxi drivers to rest and have meals as my work space. The second important thing for me was the view and light so I chose my land based on the position of the neighborhood's landmark. My land was a small one but I tried my best to design a building with efficient plans. In conclusion, a creative plan was the most important item for me.

Project description

The project was about designing a building with three residental units and one work place. Firstly, I was inspired by the needs of the people living in iranshahr neighborhood. So I decided to choose a place for taxi drivers to rest and having dinner or lunch in work hours as work space. After that, the important things was the distance between the building and the landmark of the neighborhood; "Artists" park. I chose a land which had a great view of park and also light was so important for me. My land was so small but I tried to design a different building with good plans.
