This project represent a dwelling house, with a total of 22 flats. The idea was to create a friendly and comfortable space in all the ways it can be, in the private as well as in the social for those how lives on the site and those around.
The conceptual idea was to design a house, in a way that brings 3 elements that are essential and vital: the light-blue glass around on the balcony represent (conceptually) the water element as well as maximize the amount of light entering the building (light element), and finally the green areas around and on the building represent 3 elements (air, earth and vegetation) combined as one, because of their interrelation between each other.
These 3 elements are the keys for a healthy and long life. Combining all of these ideas bring us to a beautiful, sustainable and healthy eco-house design, which architecture is all about, create a beautiful, healthy, friendly and safe space for living creatures.
