Project idea

The concept was born from the shape of the site, which reminded me of a simple leaf.
The building, that represented in my case the ribs of the leaf, was carefully integrated into the land based on a sum of analysis that includes: sun orientation, circulations and accesses, cardinal points and last but not least, the perspectives that the site offered.

Project description

Due to the fact that the hotel is situated on a hill, from the top of it, the image of the village is not affected as the building is integrated into the land.

The main functions of the hotel are:
Reception 4,5%
Accommodation 44%
Service area 10,2%
Restaurant 17,8%
Loisir 9%
Administration 10,8%
Circulation 3,7%

The gross building area is 1436 sqm and it consists of 27 hotel rooms.
The site measures 3600 sqm and includes 16 parking spaces plus one for a coach. All the roofs are green with the possibility of walking on them.
