The idea is inspired of traditional structures named Kapar, which suits to the harsh weather conditions of the area.
The main building is pulled up to +8 meters level and covered by a second outer shell, consisted of some opaque photovoltaic panels which collect the sun's energy and also transform their shape regarding the sun's light orientation.
Creating green terraces, Low-E glasses and transformable outer shell, contributes the moderation climate process of the interior spaces. Also, the topography-based shape of the ground floor's restaurant and amphitheater helps to create a natural environment in this level, regardless of the artificial form of the main inner building.
