The intention of the project was to create small or weekend housing on parcels in the Cisarska louka area in Prague.
My proposal is about creating a living space for two people, that would meet the demands of more demanding modern living. At my disposal, I had a very limited building plot, that had access to the river, that made this place very interesting and luxurious. Due to the character of the place, I designed a building that has a closed look. To this purpose I designed a facade consisting of wooden slats. These lamellas continue through the windows and the observer has a problem from any angle to determine where the windows are located. On the terrace I designed a sliding wall made of the same wooden slats that acts as a shading element. Its complete pulling closes the object for everyone around.
It is a two-storey building that extends over a larger part of its ground plan above the river. On the first floor there is a hall, hygienic background, a technical room and a living room connected with a kitchen corner and a dining room. From this space is available acces to the outdoor terrace. The second floor is dedicated to a dormitory of users with a working corner
