The line..
It is a Bridge building for cultural development, which connects the city with nature, leaving the ground floor as a large park for recreation and enjoyment, where terraces on the different levels generate communication between all spaces and in this way gives life in community.
It is a Project delivered to the city, timeless, flexible, iconic. All spaces are designed to be able to divide and multiply for the needs of today and tomorrow. It has a large semi-covered central space that is the center of the project where life unfolds, where all circulations balcony. This central space begins at the cdc and ends at the amphitheater and stage. This central space serves as both an amphitheater foyer and a city-wide square where you can practice dances, do small concerts and have fairs and from different heights you can enjoy seeing all these activities
The skeleton of the Project is a sequence of reinforced concrete beams and columns, where the stairs support the access to the upper floor. From these beams and columns prenova trays hang up to 1/3 of the length of the beams approximately. This sector is covered with a double ventilated roof, the first concrete layer and the second sheet metal supported by metal lattices. The central space is semi covered by metallic pergola that filters the sun and generates urban shade. Finally, an external skin made of cane or wood is used as protection from the sun and to give a uniform appearance to the entire facade.
The project was carried out by the students Victoria Lobo Murga and Facundo Noguera of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the National University of Tucuman, under the supervision of Professors Patricia Rodriguez Anido, Augusto Montes de Oca and Miguel Mansueto.
