Project idea

La idea de conexión surge de la necesidad de esta
tanto a nivel urbano, a nivel del entorno inmediato,
como también en el propio sector.
Debido a esta necesidad se producen distintos
problemas, como la falta de desarrollo en gran parte
de la ciudad, la falta de identidad de los barrios, el
difícil acceso a los mismo.
A nivel urbano proponemos conectar los distintos sectores
mediante nodos de acción que estén distribuidos de manera
estratégica para asegurar un desarrollo equilibrado de
la ciudad.
A nivel del entorno inmediato se propone la extensión o
creación de nuevas calles (junto con la pavimentación),
para juntar los distintos sectores que se encuentran
actualmente separados por las distintas barreras físicas
o naturales que presenta el lugar.
A nivel del sector proponemos el vinculo directo de lo nuevo
con lo existente, diseñando en base a las lineas directrices
de los edificios patrimoniales, respetando lo existente y
vinculandolo como un solo proyecto.

Project description

El proyecto elaborado por el grupo de trabajo abarca desde la escala urbana hasta la escala del terreno donde se encuentra el anfiteatro.
Se busca la conexión a nivel urbano mediante nodos de acción, los cuales se destacan por una actividad que los caracteriza y le da identidad al sector o barrio donde se encuentra, representado por un Hito (edificio o monumento). En el caso del sector donde se encuentra el anfiteatro, este pasaría a formar el Hito del "Nodo Cultural". Mediante estos nodos de acción ademas de dar identidad se busca generar el desarrollo y el crecimiento económico del lugar, funcionando como atractivos para nuevas actividades / inversores.
A nivel del sector se busco la conexión tanto con el entorno inmediato como con los elementos interiores, como el caso de los edificios patrimoniales los cuales se integran uniendo los el espacio común de dichos edificios con el espacio de los nuevos volúmenes, conformando un solo conjunto. A la vez se utilizan elementos de conexión, como el gran techo que conecta distintos sectores de importancia (el acceso privado para los artistas / el escenario / el anfiteatro / la boletería en planta baja / el acceso superior al anfiteatro por la terraza).

At the sector level, a connection was sought both with the immediate environment and with the interior elements, such as the heritage buildings, which are integrated by joining the common space of these buildings with the space of the new volumes, forming a single set . At the same time, connection elements are used, such as the large ceiling that connects different sectors of importance (the private access for the artists / the stage / the amphitheater / the ticket office on the ground floor / the upper access to the amphitheater through the terrace).

Technical information

En cuanto a los materiales se utilizo los tradicionales y los materiales innovadores del lugar, como lo es los ladrillos de tierra (BTC), Hormigón para las estructuras, Madera de origen autóctona para los paneles de la piel, y metal para las estructuras del techo y la estructura de los paneles.
Respecto a la sustentabilidad se implementaron distintos instrumentos, aprovechando el clima y los elementos del entorno, como es el caso del canal municipal que se propone la instalación de una central mini hidroeléctrica que genere energía en las estaciones de lluvia, aprovechando el caudal de agua. Para el caso de las estaciones secas se implementa la incorporación de paneles solares ubicados en el gran techo, aprovechando la radiación solar de esta época, por lo tanto se estaría produciendo energía eléctrica en todo el año, sin tener que depender de las condiciones climáticas.
También se implementa un sistema de recolección de agua de lluvia mediante un deposito ubicado estratégicamente en el patio central (nivel -1,00m) para filtrar el agua por medio de rejillas y almacenarlas en los depósitos.

In the case of dry seasons, the incorporation of solar panels located on the large roof is implemented, taking advantage of the solar radiation of this time, therefore, electrical energy would be produced throughout the year, without having to depend on weather conditions.
A rainwater harvesting system is also implemented through a tank strategically located in the central courtyard (level -1.00m) to filter the water through grids and store them in the tanks.
