Project idea

"La Fievre D'urbicande" comic book designed in the architecture
office of a cube; parasitism due to the negative conditions of
the city. These unfavorable conditions ensure that people, the urban
fabric, the urban layers and everything about the city
take place in inheritance memory without recognizing the
concept of time. The city hierarchy is synchronized. So the function of memory, can be defined as ambiguity and limitation.

Project description

Are there limits to knowledge?
Knowledge is what we always need and what we have next to us. What our perception teaches is the right way out. Although it is argued that information becomes infinite, it is usual for the information to become ambiguous. When information becomes ambiguous, it rejects sharp boundaries and is open to transformation. This conversion occurs in libraries. What is revealed is the ’new’. With knowledge referring itself as a changing and transforming phenomenon, the project is produced as fluid and variable. This fluidity and variability reinterprets the concept of 'timelessness'.
Architecture should not surrender to global power. If architecture sees to be "timelessness", it will not surrender to this power. Being timelessness; to refer to the past, present and future. A past situation must work and act together with the present and the future. This movement is embodied in the "Timelessness Library" in the past, present and future are actions that reference. The change of Galata Tower at the point where Europe and Asia connects and the legacy of many cultures makes it unique. The Galata Tower, which houses many cultures, should also be open to new inheritance. While the Galata Tower, which is located near the project site, resembles the new ones, the timelessness library questions the reference point the tectonic and around the tower. The timelessness library, the "Library 2.0" (which consists of libraries and books) used in the millennium age, the "Library 3.0" used in the present age (computer-aided library), and the future "Library 4.0-5.0" (futuristic) , robotic elements) creates the library program. The project site is adjacent to the rear facades of the buildings. The site (private) used as a parking lot has become undefined as there are no specific transitions.
It is answered by vertical and horizontal movements, which are the totality of universal planes. The ambiguity of information is shown as a cloud (a silhouette of a library between existent and nonexistence in the Istanbul Skyline), which is defined as being open to transformation. The building, which is adjacent to Galata Tower, reinterprets the concept of inheritance and ensures that the inheritance is permanent. So the library structure is examined with '’new ’’ and ''inheritance''.
It has the potential of self-renewal with its lightweight construction system, creating various life scenarios (timelessness) under different conditions. It can be articulated and open to transformation since it has a detachable structure.) ''Inheritance'' becomes permanent with knowledge.

Technical information

The project consists of a steel bar system designed as interlocking. This system is connected to each other with a special node detail. It is connected to the ground with the Helical Pile Foundation. This type of connection is a type of connection that does not damage the ground and can be easily removed.
The project is open to change with the plug-in plug-out system, which means it is flexible.
