Project idea

The main idea was to create a modern one-story house
for a family of four with a functional, elegant interior
and modern looking outside.

Project description

The house is designed as three equally large and into each other
recessed masses that adapt to the shape of the terrain.
Careful and thoughtful selection of materials created a strong one
harmonic whole. The ceiling and walls of the building are made
of concrete, which decorates the wooden window
panels with a glazed surface. The house is finished with a flat roof
with natural vegetation, which gradually transitions into a green facade on the eastern and western sides.

Technical information

The house is one story, without basement, designed for four people.There is an outdoor terrace connected to the two-level
lake with a slight waterfall. Richly glazed south facade
provides an intensive connection with the exterior.
The house is set in a slightly sloping terrain, which allows
increasing the clear height of living rooms. In technical room is a background for the heat pump, which is the main source of heat for underfloor heating.
