The aim was to create a modern family house with a functional and spacious interior, which would allow as much daylight as possible to the inside.
The building is designed as a two-storey family house. The first floor serves a social function, on the other hand the attic is primarily used for a relaxing. In the northern section you will find an entrance hall, utility room and bathrooms. For a greater comfort, a separate bathroom with complete sanitary facilities including a toilet, was designed on each floor. The second floor can be reached via a two-armed staircase, which is located between the vestibule and the utility room. I also added a small open garage and a swimming pool to the already spacious garden.
The house is build out of modular concrete blocks and the top is covered by a wooden roof. An important element are roof windows, which have a major effect on the lighting inside the entire building. All windows have external shading technology installed so that the house does not overheat in the summer months.
