Project idea

Cieľom projektu bolo vybudovanie objektu, ktorý ponúka všetkým bytom dostatočné oslnenie a zároveň pokojný výhľad do údolia odčlenený od ruchu veľkomesta.

The aim of the project was to build an object that offers enough flare for all flats. and also restless view of valley which is separated from the city noise.

Project description

Hmota nadväzuje na požiadavky oslnenia, čím vzniká atypicky riešený tvar odlišujúci sa od prvotného jednoduchého kvádru.
V 1.PP sa nachádzajú pivnice a fitness pre obyvateľov bytového domu, tiež sklady komerčných priestorov so vstupom od podzemných garáží.
1.NP slúži komerčným a spoločným priestorom .
2.-5.NP je tvorené bytmi. Spolu to činí 12 bytov o veľkosti 3+kk a 12 bytov 2+kk.
Celý objekt je rozdelený na 2 hmoty spojené preskleneným schodiskom.

The shape follows the flare requirements which makes atypical form differentiate from the first simple block.
In the 1st underground floor are situated cellars and gym for building´s residents and also cellars for commercial spaces with enterance from underground garages access.
1st ground floor belongs to the commercial and common spaces.
2nd-5th floor consists of flats. Overall there are 12 flats by size 3+kc and 12 flats by 2+kc.
Whole object is divided into 2 forms that are connected with fullglass staircase.

Technical information

Konštrukcia objektu je kombinovaná. Pozostáva z nosných obvodových stien, vo vnútri nosných stĺpov a železobetónovej steny.
Byty sú vo veľkostiach 3+kk ( 2x 86m2 a 1x 70m2 ) a 2+kk (2x 56m2 a 1x 57m2 ).
Prenajímateľné priestory sú v ploche 112m2, 78m2 a 130 m2. Ku každému patrí samostatná hygienická bunka, sklad a miestnosť pre zamestnancov.
Pre objekt sú dostupné podzemné garáže prístupné od vedľajšej cesty a vstupom zo suterénu.

The construction of the object is combinated. It consists of bearing wall, bearing columns and reinforced concrete wall indoor.
The flats are in sizes 3+kc ( 2x 86m2 and 1x 70m2 ) and 2+kc (2x 56m2 and 1x 57m2 ).
Rentable spaces are in surface of 112m2, 78m2 and 130 m2. To every one of these belongs independent hygienic cell, storage and staff room.
For the object there are available underground garages which are accessible from the side road and have an entrance from object´s 1st groundfloor.
