Project idea

Hlavnou ideou bolo vytvorenie komplexu stavieb ktoré budú umiestnené v kopcovitom teréne lokality Prahy 12. Hlavným prvkom je dvojica "pasáží" ktoré prebiehajú územím, napájajú sa na existujúcu pešiu zónu. Na tieto pasáže sú napájané jednotlivé stavby.

The main idea was to create a complex of buildings that will be located in the hilly terrain of the locality of Prague 12. The main element is a pair of "passages" that run through the area, fed into the existing pedestrian zone. The individual buildings are fed to these passages.

Project description

Na území sa nachádzajú 3 stavby a to budova v ktorej sú umiestnené prevádzky domova seniorov 80+, domova so zvláštnym režimom, stravovacieho zariadenia, rehabilitačného centra so striedavou prevádzkou pre pohlavia. Budova komunitného centra obsahuje prevádzku jaslí, komunitných tried, komunitného sálu a komerčných priestorov. V spodnej časti pozemku je umiestnená budova domova s pečovateľskou službou s kapacitou 48 bytov.

There are 3 buildings on the plan, namely a building in which the service of a home for the elderly 80+, a home with a special regime, a catering facility, a rehabilitation center with alternating operation for the sexes. The community center building includes the operation of a kindergarden, community classrooms, community hall and commercial space. In the lower part of the land is a nursing home building with a capacity of 48 apartments.
