The main idea was to create a modern family house that intuitively uses a sloped terrain. The building is "inserted" into it which creates the natural appearance. The emphasis is on daylight use. Thanks to the specific shape of building there is natural daylight all day long. What's more, it also creates intimate space for gathering and spending time with family and friends.
The house layout meets all the requirements of habitation for four-members family.
There is a social zone in the upper floor and a rest zone in the lower floor. The spacious living space of kitchen connected to the living room that has also access to the balcony is only one of the great advantages. There is also a guest room with its own bathroom and dressing room.
The house design is very minimalistic and elegant. You can find plenty of intuitive and smart elements there. The main materials are wood, concrete and white plaster. There are many wood elements in the interior such as tiles and floor which feels very calm and relaxing. The construction is made mainly of concrete due to demanding architectural requirements and placing the building partly under the soil.
