The main idea was to design an apartment building which would be characteristic with loggias evoking an impression of freedom and contact with nature, supported by large sites of glass lightening up entire rooms. My last demand was to build an indoor garage with intention to leave as much free space for green surroundings as possible.
In ground plan the building has shape of letter L to light up the entire complex by sunlight from the east as well as from the west. Dominant feature of the apartment building are corner partly recessed loggias and rooftop apartments with large terrace. The building consists of 5 floors above ground and 1 under ground. The basement and first floor serve as parking slots and cellarage. The rest contains from 5 to 7 apartments for up to 4 member family. Majority of flats has fully equipped bathroom and separated toilet and every apartment has loggias to minimally two cardinal directions. Combination of white and anthracite facade and glass railing supplement the appearance of the apartment building.
The construction is made from reinforced concrete with insulation and brick block Porotherm. The seiling is from reinforced concrete as well. The roof is single skin made by Dekroof. Whole complex has 6 floors.
