Project idea

The main idea of the project is to combine the natural state of the environment and comfortable life inside a residential complex.
The project ''INDUCTION'' is aimed at creating a space with good neighborhood relationships inside the courtyard, which is not transit, and at the same time it will be connected with the separate courtyards.
So every resident of this complex could have his private life but be in a community with another residents of other houses.
This whole system resembles the life of plant cells that are closed, but can't live without each other.

Project description

This is a large residential area in Brest( Belarus ) with the necessary infrastructure: parking, retail, school, children's gardens, leisure parks and walking areas.
There will be the “public gardens” in each yard of the residential complex , where the area for the greenhouse will be calculated for each apartment.
Each family will be able to harvest their own vegetables and fruits in the near growing garden.
The water reservoirs,additionally fueled from rainfall collectors, will be used for irrigation.
More over there will be the energy efficient houses with solar batteries on their roofs and water collectors.
