These are the 4th modern apartment buildings, which are located in a quiet suburb. The main idea was to design a completely unique and atypical exterior look, which is created using rectangular niches that gradually overlap, recede and protrude. At the same time, so that the layout of the apartments was simple, functional and as well lit as possible. The whole building has several passive advantages and so it should have the least impact on the environment. It has a green roof, a retention tank and has a large supply of daylight, which is provided by large facade windows and on the 4th floor with VELUX skylights.
The building consists of 5th floors, of which the 1st floor are garages and cellars. The other floors serve as living spaces. The individual floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator. Each apartment has an area of 150m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living room with kitchen and terrace. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of Porotherm 50T Dryfix and 25T Dryfix blocks. The ceiling structures are made of Pot beams and Miako ceiling inserts.
