Project idea

Today's mass housing is very disconnected from each other and vertical axis masses. Is any other type of mass housing possible ? Can I create the old neighborhood culture inside the mass housing ?
It is a project created based on these question.
It is an effort to create a friendly and sincere neighborhood where people will be together rather than mass housing.

Project description

The masses on the vertical axis were transformed into an intimate neighborhood on the horizontal axis.Thanks to the openness between the blocks, just like in a neighborhood, you can enter the street and exit from the end.One of the most important thing is we could not notice today's vertical mass housing is 'circulation areas' inside the block. Thanks to changing the building levels, different roads,bike path,living and public spaces are create in the created neighborhood.Also the co-housing were designed in the same way.

Technical information

When we look at the master plan,created community center between housing and co-housing for intersection point of students and academic stuff.Also could it be a new way of transportation ?based on this question created a bike path passing over the stream, to improve the stream next to the project area.
