Family house with architectural office in ground floor

Project idea

The main idea of the house project was to bring the architect's office closer to his family and to make it easier for his mind to rest, but at the same time to create a unique place for him and his colleagues with lots of inspiration and functions inside.

Project description

The designs consist of outside render, designed office interior on the lower floor and a living room on the second floor.

Technical information

Floor plan of the Family House building with an Architectural Office is in the shape of the letter L. The building has two floors.
Apartment 5 + KK is on the second floor. An integral part of the building is the technical background (storage room, boiler room, cleaning room).
The material solution of the building with a flat single-layer roof is in harmony with the character of the surrounding buildings, family and apartment houses.
An integral part of the building is also landscaping with fencing and small architecture.
The facade is designed in accordance with the surrounding houses and is not overcolored. The facade is complemented by wooden slats attached on a steel grate, which is pre-attached to the facade.
Building forms wall system Porotherm and ceiling construction MIAKO.
