The aim of the design was to create a space, where you will feel comfortable as at home. So you can have coffee with friends and chat or work. Although there are plenty of seats in the cafe, I tried to make people feel in privacy.
If I had to describe the interior design in more detail, I would say this. The cafe is equipped with modern equipment, which is made mainly of wood and metal. This harmonizes with the wooden floor and walls, which are painted neutral white. The whole space is illuminated by natural light that passes through large French windows. Artificial lighting is provided by spotlights and hanging lamps. The space is decorated with flowers, candles on tables, paintings, and various decorations placed not only on hanging shelves.
I thought about the initial design in my head, taking into account the design solution from the project. Then I made a strict model in ArchiCAD. After modeling the load-bearing structures, I started inserting objects. I searched for objects in the SketchUp warehouse or on the manufacturers' websites. I moved the model from ArchiCAD to Lumion, where I solved the main material solution, outdoor environment and lighting. Visualizations were created in Lumion.
