Project idea
The project consists of housing for the elderly near Rabat, capital of Morroco. It builds on the premise that the elderly should be well integrated into society in order for them to thrive. Well-connected citizens can share their knowledge and retain mental vitality.
Project description
The project is a housing village for 700+ elderly citizens. It contains a shopping street and public park in order to intertwine the elderly community with the rest of the city.
Technical information
The project consist of 15 000m2 of housing plus additional 1 800m2 of retail and 1 500m2 of services and common places.
