The goal of the project is to design a suitable residential house for an architect who, in addition to beauty, originality and dynamism, must communicate well with the predetermined conditions of the land.
I designed the shape of this house by connecting 4 L-shaped volumes
The site of the plan in which I was required to design the house is a 25 by 15 meter plot of land, which is crowded with traffic on the north and east sides. On the other side of the street to the east is a park with a beautiful view. On the south side there is a garden that offers the best views and on the west side there is a neighborhood.
Suitable light is from the south and east and inappropriate light is from the west. Unfavorable winds are blowing from the southwest, so it is directional
There is a river and two ancient trees on the ground, and I tried to make a good, peaceful connection between the building and the surrounding nature. I also designed a system for water treatment as well as three green roofs, and given the building's orientation and use of solar energy, the design of this house is a sustainable architectural style.
By moving 4 L-shaped volumes, I designed the best form that would give me both a large number of green roofs and a terrace and a dynamic and exciting form while maintaining its originality as an Iranian home.
It is a 4-storey house with small spaces: a single room and a double room, master, guest room, family photo gallery, three green roofs, swimming pool, courtyard, large reception, private reception, Private private lounge, architect's office, work room, architect's archive, laboratory, library, music room, children's playroom and toilets.
I made a replica and designed two 100 by 70 sheets, all of which were done manually without the use of any software or laser cutting.
Sheet documents include:
Four-story plan, analysis site, space diagram, two sections and two two-dimensional views, 8 sketches of interior and exterior design, ideogram and diagram of current consumption and water treatment cycle.
I designed the whole project on my own and only my teacher's guidance guided me along the way
