To create a comfortable multifunctional space for work, leisure and entertainment in the center of Yekaterinburg city business quarter.

The multifunctional complex is located in the city center. Nearby there are several bus stops, many houses, administrative buildings and other facilities that provide the flow of visitors to the building.
The interior design of the multifunctional center should attract the attention of visitors of any age, as it is one of the main criteria when choosing a comfortable space for work and leisure and entertainment. Therefore, when making it is very important to take into account not only the wishes of buyers, children and parents, but also to create favorable conditions for the work of staff and office workers.
The interior design of the multifunctional center has its own peculiarities in processing. It is important to use high-quality, environmentally friendly materials. Another important point is the furniture: it should be sufficiently reliable, stable, but light, compact and comfortable. It is great if its design will have a certain stylization, for example, as shown in the images, using environmentally friendly materials and having a concise form. Each room has its own characteristics, but they all have to be decorated in one common concept. In this project, the center is designed in such a way that people were pleased to be in the premises, the atmosphere contributed to the rest and development, was safe and comfortable.
The building plan is a circle shape. Along the facade, facing South, is a glazed atrium, which allows visitors to easily navigate the building, find and get into the right room. Also, in the atrium is a cafe, it is possible to build a visual character of the whole complex, being inside it, and see the surroundings of the city outside the building through the glass prism of the panoramic window. Such a recreation area always has visitors.
The design of the multifunctional center is a single style solution. A well-designed complex becomes a brand that is remembered by regular visitors and attracts more and more new customers.

Technical information

The complex is a three-storey building with Parking and adjacent landscaped landscaped area. Offices, cafes, shops, gyms, entertainment and many other facilities are located along the perimeter of the glazed atrium, on the one hand is not limited to the halls, that allows visitors to see the urban environment of the complex.
