Project idea

The vision of this project is Rehabilitation of government buildings according to the common relationships and distibuting them in a way that facilitates the customers to eliminate their needs. also design other activities suitable for residents of the neighborhood out of the daily working hours

Project description

The Central Business District project is a development for a region in Dammam city which located in the east of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is the region that includes all government buildings and services that are always active most of the day until the official working hours are completed. The idea in the project is to return these unfit buildings to buildings that symbolizing power and dominance. in addition to reviving this area for residents suurounding this buildings after the end of the work of these buildings, by providing external green spaces and commercial complexes that servising them throughout the day .

Technical information

Used long span structure system in buildings which gave me a free space for clear circulation inside the building . also I`m using the waffle structure in the pavilion that located outside space to create multipurpose activities out there with free space and comfortable time
