Project idea

The main idea of the project is to create a residential building on the lake, in which absolutely all apartments have lake view. All residents of the house have the opportunity to enjoy the lake view from every room of their apartment.

Project description

The volumetric planning solution of a residential building allowed to solve the problems of this site: Lack of architectural dominion. Lack of recreation areas by the lake. Lack of shops, cafes, restaurants.
Two symmetrical point block houses form the facade of the lake embankment. On the ground floor there are commercial (coffee shops, bakeries, pastry shops) and storage rooms.
Technical equipment is in the basement. There is a terrace on the roof, which can be used by all residents of the house. Each apartment has large balconies that have additional recreation areas. The unusual shape of the balconies allows you to get even greater visibility into the lake’s surface. The shape of building’s ground floor hides the courtyard from a promenade's walking area.

Technical information

The residential building consists of a reinforced concrete frame. Lined with plaster and ceramic-granite slabs. Terraces and balconies are paved with terrace boards. Roof’s operated. Underground parking.
