The task was to understand tensile structures and to be able to design one. The attention is fully paid to the construction and its details, that is why the floor plan is very brief and simple.
This is a project of a roofing for a horse performance ring in a steep slope.
The steep slope is used as seats for visitors. Inside there are spaces for staff, toilets and a room, where events can be held (including bar). Many couples prefer to have a wedding on countryside or it can be a nice teambuilding for a company employees.
A membrane structure is used to protect the visitors and performers with horses from rain. Under this textile membrane, there is a steel net with the same shape that is used for lightning and on the upper part people can climb up and relax on a net from natural ropes.
