Project idea

A concept of project is defining the block of family house, at the same time preservation the visual permeability. A structure that is not a barrier. It might seem like the form (a series of towers and gaps) does care about people. There is a humanism from different point of view. A structure that has own identity and strong expression offers a more stimulating environment for its inhabitants and their ability to make it homely. It is not just about comfort. In this process valid motto: the end justifies the means. It could be white plastic garden furniture and all kinds of thuya or vegetable beds and chicken coop.

Project description

The structure offers a wealth of solitary house in the garden simultaneously it is sufficiently intensive. There are enough people to work schools, shops and public transport. The magical count of functional organism of town is over a hundred people per hectare. The system of structure allows connecting house and garden. It's not only the houses in the park. Own garden around the house, where the owner can express himself and his creativity, is essence of living in the countryside.
Parking is solved simply - by the line along road. Corner is defined by beech. The path is lined with fruit trees. There is playground with a large sandpit on the corner.
Each house is divided into three apartments. Apartments for two people are on ground and first floor. Duplex apartment is on second and third floor.

Technical information


The structural system is a wooden frames. The walls have thickness 500 mm and are made from hempcrete concrete. Hempcrete is biocomposite material, a mixture of hemp hurds (shives) and lime, This material has extraordinary properties in all aspects: thermally insulated, environmentally friendly,it is a diffusion-open construction.
