Project idea

The main point of project is to create a building that will be bridge to the future world. By creating a multiple surfaces the building create whole environment in a one box. Conceptual project consist of digital store, run by wall surfaces that can be rent by a company or start-up and users can get product immediatelly, housing area run by an app, and green roof with a place for public happenings and events.
the control of the space will be run by an app in which you can not only get a digital wall for your use ,but create an event get room or use library etc.
South Korea’s aggressive embrace of both clean technology and environmental policies appear to foreshadow a clean future for the country. Arguably the biggest question hanging over South Korea is one regarding nuclear waste disposal. The South Korean government has pursed nuclear power as a green alternative to coal-fired power plants; however, a lack of disposal sites and the potential threat of a nuclear disaster could reverse some of that environmental advantage.

Project description

Main core of the project is wall 3x6m that can be used as a digital store, rent room , study room, kitchen etc. To create a room, the project include description of an idea how it could be working.building design is only one of endless use of the idea, it create place which can be suited for each place.

Technical information

The project is located in the Seun-Sangga district in Seoul.The study includes a projection of a residential space, cross-section through the building, schematic diagrams and visualizations of the conceptual building.
