Project idea

Revitalizace 5 zanedbaných částí kolem Central parku na Praze 13. Řešené území bylo rozděleno na 5 podčástí, které byli řešeny zvlášť s ohledem na to, aby zachovávali jeden funkční celek. Jednotícím prvek se zde stává snaha o sportovně aktivní volnočasové využití lokací.

Revitalization of 5 neglected parts around the Central Park in Prague 13. The area was divided into 5 sub-parts, which were solved separately with a view to maintaining one functional unit. The unifying element here is the pursuit of sports-active leisure use of locations.

Project description

Řešené území se nachází v oblasti Nových Butovic mezi stanicemi metra Luka, Hůrka a Nové Butovice. Lokalita byla rozdělena na 5 částí, které byly posuzovány z hlediska několika faktorů. Snaha o zlepšení životního prostředí obyvatelů této městské části.Díky tomuto koncepčnímu rozmyšlení bylo navrženo 5 hlavních objemů , každý s vlastním výrazovým charakterem, avšak vzájemně se doplňujících. Výraz jednotlivých navržených budov svými oblými tvary kontrastuje s přísnou komunistickou zástavbou. Tím oživuje a rozverně rozehrává řešené území a polidšťuje ho v duchu 21.století.

The area is located in Nové Butovice between Luka, Hůrka and Nové Butovice metro stations. The site was divided into 5 parts, which were assessed in terms of several factors. Efforts to improve the environment of the residents of this borough.These conceptual thinking suggested five main volumes, each with its own distinctive character, but complementary. The expression of the individual designed buildings contrasts with the strict communist development in its rounded shapes. Thus, it animates and playfully starts the area and humanises it in the spirit of the 21st century.

Technical information

Jednotlivé části dostali funkce sportovního charakteru. Na násypu haldy na severu vznikl víceúčelový atletický stadion. V západní části kolem zimního stadionu vzniká atletický ovál s inline dráhou a hřištěmi pro děti a na cvičení, a plochy pro volnčasové aktivity. V části Prokopského údolí vzniká u vodní nádrže loděnice s půjčovnou kajaků a rekreační chatky. To volně navazuje na welnness hotel a aquacentum na svažitém území kolem Jeremiášky. Území bylo propojeno novou sítí cyklostezek vedených přes Central park. Lávka kolem aquacentum přemosťuje Jeremiášovo ulici a propuje centrum s Prokopským údolím. Ta navazuje na zastřešenou cestu směrem k metru, který vyúsťuje k nově zrekonstruované stanici.

Prostranství u metra v centru Nových Butovic bylo rozdělen na 3 části. Ty symbolizují přechod od městského stylu k přírodě. Tento přechod tvoří oázy s vybaveností mezi zelení a stromy. Cesta od metra k nově vybudovanému aquacentru byla zakryta stříškou a nově membránovou konstrukcí byla zakryta stará stanice metra. Tím došlo k výraznému oživení prostoru mezi paneláky ze 70. let.
Kolem zimního stadionu byl navržen atletický ovál, který na úrovi 1 NP plynule přechází z parku ke stadionu. Dále zde vzniká inline dráha, parkourové sportoviště, workout, griloviště a hřiště.

Individual parts were given sports functions. A multipurpose athletic stadium was built on the heap embankment in the north. In the western part, around the ice rink, there is an athletic oval with an inline track and playgrounds for children and exercise, as well as leisure areas. In the part of the Prokop Valley there is a yard with kayak rental and recreational cottages near the water reservoir. It freely follows the wellness hotel and aqua center on the slopes around Jeremiah. The area was interconnected by a new network of cycle paths through Central Park. The footbridge around the aquacentre bridges Jeremiášova Street and props the center to the Prokop Valley. It follows the roofed path towards the metro, which leads to the newly reconstructed station.

The underground area in the center of Nové Butovice was divided into 3 parts. These symbolize the transition from urban style to nature. This transition consists of oases with amenities between greenery and trees. The road from the metro to the newly built aquacentre was covered with a roof and the new membrane construction covered the old metro station. This marked a significant revival of the space between the prefabs of the 1970s.
An athletic oval has been designed around the ice rink, which smoothly passes from park to stadium on level 1 NP. Furthermore, there is an inline track, parkourové sports, workout, barbecue and playground.
