The main idea in designing this proposal was to combine community urban housing with a piece nature and create spacious, simple and comfortable living with the possibility of recreation in this residential house and surroundings. The combination of nature and architectural or urban form. Urbanly, the area is linear and point-oriented and therefore I left in my proposal and copy the lines of the environment. In residential buildings it is necessary to create a practical space for housing and recreation, and at the same time, humanization and residentialization of the environment is important. Land in Petržalka is located near the lake and nearby is a park or a forest where they often meet people to get energy from the trees. This concept was important to me and had to be part of it proposal. Wood and trees give a pleasant natural feeling, so I decided not to put them on only around the house, but also into the gallery. Small vegetation should give the space clarity and feel peace. The busy road that is on the side of the porch is the exact opposite of what is behind it wooden slats - calm and slowdown.
Residence house is situated in the capital of Slovakia - Bratislava (Petržalka).
It is manned in the southern part of the residential area, specifically on a corner plot of 156 acres. His incorporating into this urbanism completes the line front and completes the block from the suburban position
residential zone. Multifunctional parter animates part of the zone. By creating a semi-closed block a semi-public space provides community, but also protected space. Auto access to the building is designed either for parking in front of the apartment building on the east side or directly to underground parking ramp from the north side with access from the main road. Pedestrian access is possible by 2 main entrances on the east side of the building or rear entrances on the west side side. It is situated 20 metres from the main public road. The apartment house is located on flat terrain in the residential zone of Petržalka near the lake
Great Drazdiak and nearby ,, urban greenery ‘‘. The building is designed as a gallery apartment building with community housing and multifunctional parterre. Because of its proximity to the main road is
it is necessary to provide an acoustic and visual filter for its inhabitants. This was achieved with eastern porch, which is semi-closed - partly composed of a movable facade (shading slats). This movable facade is already mentioned acoustic and visual filter, but in the summer months
it can also provide pleasant shade and shading not only to the human population but also to the green companion. The size and width of the porch made it possible to plant pots with little vegetation like pleasantly diversify the cold walls of an apartment building and create community space for residents. The concept of an apartment building consists of underground garages and 8 floors with polyfunctional parterre of amenities and 7 residential floors. On the underground floor
accessible ramp from trusted road there are 88 classic parking spaces and 4 parking spaces for the disabled or families with children, and this parking continues below second residential building. In the ground floor there are spaces for rent civic amenities operations. There are also rooms intended for residents of the apartment as community rooms and
on business. On each floor there are 8 apartments situated on the west side, except for corner flats with 3 cardinal points. Apartments are 2- and 3-rooms, all with at least 1 loggia or balcony. Each apartment has an entrance oriented and easily accessible from corridors and
communication areas. Behind the entrance door there is a vestibule with a storage compartment space. Each apartment has a separate toilet and bathroom and kitchen with living room room. Since most apartments are lit only from 1 side, open space and large rooms allow light to penetrate better and easier into homes and environments. The large loggias and balconies also contain movable slats for visual separation from
existing built-up areas and a sense of security and privacy.
Structurally, the apartment building is designed as a brick building of peripheral masonry thickness of 450mm. 250 mm thick masonry is used for internal bearing walls and 150 mm thick masonry for walls 100 mm. As for the communication core, there are 2 vertical communication cores with stair arm and passenger lift. The staircase is designed as straight single-arm with intermediate platform and railing on both sides. The roof of the building is flat, vegetation with sufficient drainage and isolation. The floors of apartments as well as balconies and balconies are wooden, in the parterre is used white tiles. The facade of the apartment building is simple and unique the color corresponds to the surroundings. The base is a thick white plaster, wooden slats, steel-glass railings and window and door frames are dark gray.
