Recreation center with workshops

Project idea

The recreation center can be visited by tourists and villagers. This center solve the unemployment problem in the Village. People can create sculpture or picture and then sell it online.

Project description

Center consists of Hotel, SPA, workshops and other recreational rooms.
Studios:
- 1st floor: sculpture studio, sculpture woodshop, welding foundry, sculpture plaster, ceramics studio.
2nd floor: coworking, library, shooting studio, art-therapy studio
3rd floor: painting studios
4th floor: weaving, sewing and knitting, hand-made studio

Technical information

Building located within a magnificent landscaped park "Kokshetay" near the Zerenda village.
Number of rooms in hotel: 50
