The Dream project uses a residential villa suite for 3 generations (young - middle aged - old) as well as a unit of work.
The total area of the units are 500 M^2 and the land area is 3,000M^2.
The project site is in (Tehran – Towhid Highway- nobahar Street) that were enclosed from the north and south. Direct access to the Nobohar Street. And indirect access main street.
Slope is 20% from the south to the north.
