Project idea

ResidensialS is a part of the complex which common denominator of the assumption is the 3 x 3m module, under which the development and public space are planned. the entire plot was divided by alternating green and building zones, interpreted individually by the authors of individual plots of the complex.
Buildings are shaped in accordance with the principle of negative - the origin of modules 'pulled out of the building' creates an additional building, leaving space in the building.


The project is a response to the needs arising from the urban planning establishment of the complex. It is an extension of public spaces in designated zones and an area of the free flow of greenery throughout the entire complex.
The building is also vertically divided giving the dwellings the use of public space - pedestrian zone by the building, semi-public - on an undeveloped storey 0, semi-private - winter garden on the 5th floor and private garden - terraces and atrias.
