Hyunje joo based in Germany and Korea.

He graguated from Kunstakademie Duesseldorf with Distinction in Germany, where appointed as the Meisterschueler by architect Max Dudler.

He was awarded ‘Mercedes-benz Junge Kunst Award’ from the germany(Metropolregion Rhein-Ruhr), ‚FAMAB Young Talent Award 2017′ finalist in germany. and  with the notable Silver prize A‘ International Design Award in Italia at Architecture, Building and Structure Design Competition.

Architect (FADU-UdelaR, 2017) Candidate for specialist (Diploma in Construction of Works of Architecture, FADU-UdelaR). Honorary Course Assistant of TFC in Taller Articardi. Teaching Assistant of Construction Institute (FADU-UdelaR), where I perform counseling tasks in quality plans for
the POMLP of UdelaR. Currently, my work as a researcher focuses in materials and systems innovative construction.

As an Architect and a member in Libya Green Guilding Council (LGBC), my profession focuses on designing buildings with consideration of sustainable strategies to create a healthy environment.

Also as a member in LGBC, I created UnEarth team which is responsible on advocating and raising awareness about sustainable architeture and sustainability in general in Benghazi Libya.

My focus is on generative design in architecture as well as extending our tools and capabilities through collaboration with algorithms and technology. My daily job is based on creating algorithms that can solve various design and engineering problems in architecture through parametric and computational design, as well as different simulation and optimization techniques. 

I am currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade. My research topic is based on 3D Graphic Statics and developing new algorithms for it (a topic that Block Reseacrch Group from ETH is also exploring).

During 2019. I was a Inspireli finalist. 

Urban regeneration, neighborhood scale, public space, urban morphologies, urban planning, urban design, housing.

An architect who believes in the ability of Architecture, its fundamental role in the development of countries, and positive impact on the environment. 

My main focus is sustainability ,universal design and shaping great forms with unique meanings.
