Idea projektu

The aim of the project is to create a comfortable, safe and multifunctional space that meets the needs of all age groups of residents.
At the moment, the courtyard area is not sufficiently adapted for active recreation and socialization of residents. There is an inefficient use of natural resources and limited leisure opportunities. The project aims to eliminate these shortcomings, enhance the aesthetic appeal of the courtyard and strengthen community ties.
The main ideas of the project:
1. Creating a play area for children
2. Designing a recreation area for the adult population
3. Multi-seasonal use of the pond (in summer - a decorative pond with elements of landscape design, and in winter - an ice rink with lighting)
4. Preservation of existing green spaces and addition of new plants to create shady areas and improve ecology

Popis projektu

The project includes:
— Installation of modern, safe gaming complexes with a soft surface
— Organization of space for outdoor games
— Quiet recreation: benches, flower beds, hiking trails
— Outdoor activities: playground for sports, tables for board games, sports ground
In order to emphasize the uniqueness of the place, an additional landscaping system was developed, which is typical of the city.

Technické informace

1. Designs for a children's play area
— Play complexes: made of impact-resistant plastic, stainless steel and wood treated with antiseptics; equipped with anti-slip steps, soft handrails and safety elements.
— Coating: rubber crumb or modular rubber coating (40-60 mm thick) for shock absorption.
2. Structures for adult recreation areas
— A terrace next to the pond: a frame made of reinforced concrete, the main covering is a decking.
— Benches and tables: metal supports with anti-corrosion coating, wooden slats.
— Workout area: horizontal bars, bars and handlebars made of powder-coated metal pipes; concrete base with rubber coating for safety.
3. Pond infrastructure
— Summer period: reinforcement of the coastline with gabions.
— Winter period: ice rink filling system (multi-layer base with drainage to prevent flooding).
