The concept for this project emerged from the challenges posed by constructing buildings at unusual angles and their orientation facing a boulevard. Instead of attempting to fit apartments with awkward layouts, we transformed the space into a mini park, providing a communal area and a natural retreat for residents and visitors.
To address the second challenge, we implemented a dynamic facade featuring wooden louvers that can be adjusted by the residents from the inside. This design solution effectively blocks the view from the boulevard while allowing residents to enjoy the sunset with a sense of privacy
The project comprises a residential building offering a range of apartments, from studios to three-bedroom units, with both simplex and duplex options available. All residents will have access to a communal park, fostering a sense of community and providing a natural retreat.
The facade, as previously mentioned, features adjustable wooden louvers that residents can modify from the inside as needed. The ground floor is designated for various businesses, enhancing the building's functionality and convenience. Additionally, a passageway connects the building to a parking lot located at the rear, exclusively for residents' use.
The basement includes individual storage units for each apartment, as well as a community room where residents can meet to discuss issues or matters of importance.
The building is constructed using reinforced concrete, ensuring structural integrity and durability. The park will feature layered vegetation growth systems, akin to green roof technology, providing a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing environment.
The dynamic facade incorporates advanced automated technology similar to that used in motorized blinds. However, instead of blinds, it utilizes wooden louvers that can open and close in specific patterns, offering residents customizable control over light and privacy
