The hotel has a total of B+G+3 floors. The ground floor has two main entrances, one for internal guests and the other for external ones. In addition to the entrance area which is the hotel lobby, on the ground floor there is the main restaurant and administration. Unlike the ground floor, on the mezzanine floor there is a national restaurant along with a café and some social facilities. The top two floors consist of hotel rooms, totaling approximately around 50 such rooms, with 5% accessible for people with disabilities.
he construction issue involves the use of a skeletal system with column dimensions of 30x60, contrasting with the gallery area where a truss system has been employed. The building's foundation is a slab foundation with a thickness of 60 cm. The height of the ground floor is 420 cm, followed by the mezzanine floor at 360 cm, and finally the residential floor at 260 cm.The wooden facade, with its natural textures and colors, brings a sense of warmth and hospitality, reflecting nature in every detail. This innovative and modern use of wood creates minimalist details that blend perfectly with the environment.The gallery is constructed from glass, allowing natural scenery to reflect within the hotel lobby spaces, creating a seamless connection with the natural environment indoors.
