promoting interaction and strengthening the work culture. When entering any floor, visitors are greeted by a lobby area
that provides a semi-outdoor space. Stairs lead to the semi-outdoor recreational areas on above or below floors. Reentering
the interior from the semi-outdoor space leads to another lobby area that serves as a public space where guests
can sit and employees can relax.
The design scheme emphasizes the journey of recreational spaces throughout the building, which are all located outside
and communicate with the building's surroundings. This creates a dialogue between the Teletalk headquarters and the
general public. The lines of the building are curved to improve the flow of air around the building and create comfortable
airflow through the semi-outdoor spaces. This airflow ultimately cools the building's interior. All glass surfaces are on
depth to prevent direct sunlight from reaching the glass, providing clear views of the outside. Most of the glass surfaces
face a garden view from the floor above or below.
Pedestrian entry is through secondary road so that vehicles do not disturb the humane character of the secondary roads
of Gulshan area where people gathers on break and recreate.Vehicular entry is through primary road to connect with the
traffic and commercial landscape of Gulshan area.
