Creative people need a space where they can live and work together, inspiring each other and creating a unique environment. By living together, they can turn their home, for example, into an exhibition center where everyone can share their works and inspire others. However, each creative person also needs a separate space for independent work and thought, where he can explore and develop his ideas alone. Thus, living together with creative people can create a unique environment for their development and inspiration, provided that each of them is provided with the necessary space for self-expression and creativity.

Popis projektu

A new model of the house is proposed, which is based on the principle of the river. It consists of three spatial elements: a riverbed, an arm and a shore. Together they form a complex riverine system - a residential unit of a citizen of the 21st century.
The riverbed is the central gallery of the house. It performs not only a communication and distribution function, but also an entertainment function. The gallery encourages residents and guests of the house to get involved in the creative process and become a participant in it. The arms of the gallery, as well as the arms of the river, play the role of independent islands. These are autonomous living rooms, which are separated from the central part of the house by four communication arteries leading to the courtyard - the river bank. There are two functional facilities on the shore, each of which is tied to its own part of the house: a greenhouse and an apiary.
The visitor goes through the entire sequence of riverine spaces and becomes a full-fledged participant in its complex life.

Technické informace

The plot of the house is located on chernozem, therefore, the ribbon type of foundation was chosen for construction, since it adapts well to the conditions of chernozem, ensures uniform distribution of the load on the soil and protects against its deformations and dangerous shifts.
The house is built of concrete, as it is strong and durable. It is of high quality and has sufficient properties to make staying in the house safe.
The roof is made of corrugated board, which has good thermal insulation and sound insulation properties, which helps to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the building.
