This project's main objective is to create a space accessible to all types of people. Each person has a way of relating to the world and many times the different paths of each person are not taken into account.
The concept of an accessible cultural development center aims to create an inclusive and multifunctional space that inspires and motivates all residents, regardless of their physical abilities. We seek to promote a love for sports, generate interest in the Paralympic Games, and establish a comfortable, accessible environment for everyone.
The project seamlessly integrates various cultural and recreational zones. Additionally, it includes specially equipped areas within an all-season plant greenhouse for meditation and relaxation, allowing individuals to enjoy tranquility and cultural enrichment.
The cultural center fosters a harmonious socio-cultural environment that promotes unity among people and enhances quality of life.
The cultural center is an architectural composition featuring a reinforced concrete and metal frame structure, complemented by glass panel facades and enclosures throughout. The centerpiece is a dome crafted from a combination of glass and metal, designed as a geodesic dome or spherical structure to introduce natural light into the central atrium and main hall. Internally, the center with a large greenhouse in the central area. For this reason, a large reinforced concrete slab is used as a foundation along with earth retaining walls. This allows us to create a technical floor in which to house all the technical spaces that we need to solve the central garden. We also place storage and auxiliary spaces necessary for the correct functioning of the building in the technical plant. The project ramps will be resolved with a reinforced concrete structure.
